Default Templates - Not Enough Credits - They are FREE

So I wanted to use a defualt template and it says it is free as in ZERO credits needed like in the past. However now it says I do not have enough credits for this template. Seriously fix this cause as much as I love this program this will be a deal breaker to ever use it again! *And FYI it is doing this on ALL the "Free" templates!!!!*

I think the whole credits system is borked.
I have 58 credits and get 'generic error' when buying anything - free or paid.

It seems that there is a problem actually on the server. Impossible to install free Template or free Object. Reported to support...

Same problem. Enough credits that are about to expire. I want to buy an object but get 'generic error'. Where can I find the link or email for support to report this issue also?
