Change shipping cost based on destination country?

I have an online store that I created using X5 v13.1. We are U.S.-based and we ship merchandise internationally. I'm looking for a way to set fixed shipping charges based on the customer's destination country. For example, today we received an order to be sent to Europe, and our shipping cost is higher than if it were within the U.S. Is there a way to assign shipping charges according to the destination country?

If you want this automatically, you can post a suggestion. Currently, this is only possible manually, by setting the appropriate shipping options for manual selection in the shop system.
