Thanks for a great program.  However in the latest update to v13.1.3.11 (64 bit) I am getting error message -

"it is not possible to complete the export (Date error(cyclic redundancy check))",

when Exporting Website to Disk (at 91%)  and When Exporting the Project (at 80%)

Please help.

Colin

Can we assume you can open the project without difficulty, and pressing save causes no error?

Since you have the Pro version, if you click on the down arrow next to save, can you create a backup without error?

It "sounds" like a hardware error, when working on the project do you ever get periods when the program in non-responsive?

Have you tried exporting to a different location on your hard disk, an external hard disk or perhaps memory stick?

Thankyou for your prompt reply.

Saving causes no error.

I do get "non responsive" message sometimes

I tried your suggestions, but still had same error message,

I have another website which I designed which worked fine.  Should have checked this out first.

There seems to be a glitch in just one of my projects.

Thanks again for your help.

Colin, if it was me I would check the HD just in case.

You can do this from the Administrative Tools, but I find it simpler to type cmd into the run prompt (or searchbox in Win10), type cmd, right click on cmd.exe and run as administrator. Then type chkdsk c: /r and answer Yes to run next restart.

This would at least rule out a dubious HD sector.
