Problem with Automatic order processing for Website X5 Pro v17...Autor: Colin W.
Thankyou for a great program.
I have setup a shopping cart for sale of digital products only using Website X5 Professional v 17 on yrly subscription.
I have followed the tutorial "How to sell ebooks and other digital products in your online store"
When purchasing a product, the confirmation email that a product has been sold is sent as tested with my "test document" (found at the bottom of page http://www.oursaviourap.org.au/other-drama-scripts.php ). A notification is given in the X5 Manager APP that an item has been bought, but the email with the download link is not sent automatically. This has to be done manually through the X5 Manager App.
I have made sure that the box labelled "Process the purchase automatically after having received the payment" is ticked.
No error messages pop up.
