I reinstalled Website x5 13 Pro, but the problem is the same.

Zoltan, there is a new version just released, have you downloaded and tried that?

Are you using Win10, if so please ensure the PC/Laptop has been restarted recently.

If you check Windows update, has there been a recent update that may have been installed after the last time you successfully run WX5?

please check on your Windows Control Panel if you can find a program called Lavasoft WebCompanion. If you can find it, please uninstall it and start the software again.

I couldn't solve the problem.
Esahc... yes, that's the new version.
I'm using Win10 and I restarted several times.
Now I deleted the last Windows updates, but the problem still the same.

I worked with Website X5 13Pro a couple of weeks ago, and it was good.

Elisa B, Lavasoft Web Companion is not found on my computer.

I tried to see what kind of programs are running in that few seconds, but I've seen only easyredirect.exe

The answer the same: Windows close the program.

I'm so sad and tired... a 60 y old Hungarian poet, and not a pc guru.

Interesting: with the older versions of Website X5 (11, 12 evolution) no problem, I can start them.
But all of my works made by 13 Pro ...

please try to reinstall the .Net Framework and Visual C++, then start the program again. Try also to disable your firewall and antivirus programs and to start the program as administrator.
