Friends

This is not the first time I write about this. On most alerts to update (when running X5), i have had the same problem. The product downloads and when it reaches 99% or so, it just stops with an icon (exclamation mark). No message. 

This happens very frequently. In the past, you sent me a link to download the product. I do not dare download it from your site as it might be the wrong version (as happened once).

(My connection is good and I have anti-virus products but they should not stop in your way).

Can you please do something about it?
