when I go to www.ampg.com/admin to validate the user request to validate their account, I cannot go on becouse I can not pass

Your question does not have to be in the forums of websitex5, but in the wordpress forum with which you created your site

this page you are mentioning, www.ampg.com/admin , is the login page for a website you did with Wordpress, for this reason you cannot login using WebSite X5 references. You should instead try to login from this page: http://www.aempg.com/admin/login.php
