No emails sent via email form under X5 Evolution 14

I have recently created a new website for a customer using Website X5 Evolution 14, all works fine with the exception of the email form, no messages appear to be being sent.
I have checked with the hosting provider who has confirmed that PHP is enabled (Can have version 5.5 up to 7.1) on the domain and that the mail settings are also correct. There are no errors being generated in the domain log files so i'm at a loss on how to diagnose the issue.

Try a lower e-mail script.
Set this in step1 -> advanced -> Data Management
save, upload, refresh page and try again.
You can also test this before hand if you will, go to the admin panel : www.boardmanwindows.com/admin\
login with password from step 1 -> advanced -> Access Management
There is a test section for mailing.
