I think you're probably referring to this sentence in particular :

Now both Professional and Evolution have advanced backup management options.

As the sentence says, now both version have access to Advanced backup management options, because the EVO didn't before.

The PRO already had all the available backup options enabled though, so you're not gonna be noticing anything different in PRO for this matter.
