Google server site intagration Captcha

I am getting this mesaage from Google re the above title.
We detected that your site is not verifying reCAPTCHA solutions. This is required for the proper use of reCAPTCHA on your site. Please see our developer site for more information.
The development site is all above me I dont understand it.
does anybody know how to set up the server side intagration in a website and what information should i use.

Hi Bill,
Pls check this.
In your projet in the step 1 you have already configured your keys here and you can click on the icon to go to Google site.
On google web site you can click Get reCAPTCHA
Choose your domain
You can check your keys here
and here it's important to add you web site to run whithou errors on your website.

I have done all the above but still i get the message from Google. I dont understant about posting the code to server side Valadation file.
wher di i find the folder and haw do i post the code to it.

Do you think it is possible for you to share the URL of the website you're developing?
It would be useful in order to check if all the required data has been inserted correctly.
I assume the website is online, correct? At the same URL you specified when registering the Captcha?

This is the website. The message from google appears on the goodle site for teh Captcha settings.

I just tested your form and the Captcha control seems to work properly.
However, your form does not work : 500 - Internal server error.

The reply from Prévot Jean-Serge pointed out that I have a 500 Internal server error. Having worked on it until the small hours I have drawn a blank. However I have the following message.
PHP Notice:Undefined index:idin E:\Domains\p\psychology-counselling.com-1079958818users\htdocs\resx5engine.php on line 8378
I have deleted the page from the website and rebuilt it without sucess. Same problem
I have another website which I have checked several times which works well for compatability of settings and as fas as i can see they are both the same. If i remove the captcha the problem is still there.
Does anybody know how to look at the above PHP Notice just to see what the problem is?

Cracked it
My internat service provider FastHosts have agreed that it is their problem. It should be working in a couple of hours.
I had to load the site to another provider to proove it wasent a generic proble with the coading.
Thank to everybody who has helped me with the problem.
