Shopping Cart Content Language is not Project specific

I have set up a single page project to test out feasability of X5 V15 Pro V15.2.0.1 being used.
Using the Included Shopping Cart I have changed the headings, cart messages and some of standard Page Text held in (1) Website Settings -> ‘Content Language’ fields to suit the requirement.
I had assumed that this amended text was specific to the project being worked on, am I missing something or do I need to somehow copy the amended 'Content Language' to a new language file?
Is there a way of doing this?

I have read through the X5 notes and discovered that I need to set up a specific language file for the requirement. I have copied the 'EN - English' file to 'GB - English' and reset the 'EN - English' item back to the original values. The project was changed to use the new 'GB - English' item although this required a few attempts before the change went through.
This seems to have cleared the problem.
