You say that the program is updated for the update for GDPR but I can't find any information on how to get it in or where to find it for something so important you claim you need to add a video on what the hell it is and how to add it.
Not happy I should have stuck with version 12 and saved my money. It does nothing more than version 12 does.
How do I get my money back please

Hello Michael.
If you bought Website X5 Version 16 via Clerverbridge, you have to go to their website to make your refund request.

"You say that the program is updated for the update for GDPR but I can't find any information"...
Full agree ...
I have not checked v16 yet ... not really stable.
Just one thing.. Does anyone can confirm (just for GDPR and security rules ..) into v16.0.4 ???
- Does password is encoded into the DB.... or always NOT ?
- When you click on 'I forget my password' to receive the new one , does the password is not into clear format into email..
In v15 it's always like this !!!
Regards
The password is sent in plain text (v16).
Thanks Bjorn...
Just this thing about security which is not implemented correctly and the product is NOT GDPR ready regarding authorities and law !
Incomedia it's spelled: Privacy by Design !!!!!
MANDATORY to be RGPD ready...
And obviously many others things already explained.
Regards
Hello guys,
as far as GDPR is concerned, and as reported in the News section of our website, "The code WebSite X5 generates has been verified so to make sure that it is compliant with GDPR".
This means that the code generated by WebSite X5 complies with the new European directives, for example with reference to the possibility to create email forms with checkboxes or to enable the registered users to generate a password with specific rules. It it then enough to report all the information about the way and the purpose for the data collection on a dedicated page.
If something is not clear, or if you have any suggestions to improve this aspect, we will be happy to discuss each topic on a dedicated post, so each request can be discussed on an individual basis.
Thank you.
NON c'est faux et ARCHI FAUX ... le Privacy by Design n'est pas respecté !!!!
Le mot de passe est une donnée sensible à caractère personnel.... Il n'est pas sécurisé par Incomedia
