Hi,
I have a couple of issues with my shopping cart. I am using version 15 I have not upgrade it to 16 yet.
First issue is if a custoemr orders more then 38 different items when I get the email it only list the first 38 items and no total. The other items are not sent.
Second issue, is there a way to put a image of a shopping cart or soemthing so that when a custoemr continues to shop but doesnt need anything else they can view their cart without having to add a n item to se the cart.
Thanks

About the order amount, I think this should be adressed by Incomedia, I will set this post for them to react.
About the shopping options there are several in x5, I can lead you to the exact one you need but it''s better to lead you to all of them so you can make your own choice and know what option's there are available in x5.
You can set a link to a picture or text, then use the link menu in x5, there are options for the shopping cart as well. (use a basket or something like that as picture)

Also in the object manager there are shopping (cart) options, see step4 top right button manage, then update next screen.
These options can be installed or bought and then installed and can then be selected as object by using the pulldown menu in step 4 to filter the obtions you would like to see.

Hello there!
The purchase reported in the shopping cart is saved in your browser cache. With newer browsers it is possible to purchase a larger amount of items, but if the one your are using has not been upgraded and if it does not use the HTML5 cache, then it will not be possible to purchase more than 40 items at the same time.
If the browser uses localStorage, it can save up until 5MB, which allows considerable purchases to be sent. But if it only uses cookies, then the data saved will only reach 4KB, and in this case the purchase will have some limits.
LocalStorage has to be supported on the browser you are using. Please try to upgrade it to the most recent verison, and if you have plugins installed on it, please disable them, as they could block the browser LocalStorage function. If LocalStorage is blocked, then the purchase will be saved in a cookie, which has limited possibilities and cannot save purchases with a large amount of items.
Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
