Contact Form Object: "Agreement" / Links in Agreement Text Field

Hi, I'm in the process of creating a Contact Form whereby I would want the User to agree to terms when sending me e-mail. My issue with the current Contact Form Object "Agreement" is that the Agreement Field in the dialogue does not allow me to drop in a LINK to an Agreement stored either on a different page or as a text file stored in the website structure elsewhere.
I would like to be able to use the LINK function that currently exists in Text Object. The functionality that exists here should exist in the "Agreement" Contact Form Object I spoke of above.

On the left, a text object (with a link on my privacy policy.pdf) and on the right in my contact form:
Try to test it.
May be you'll find a best solution...

You can also add to your form a field "Description" in which you place a link in code form (see screenshots).
