X5 Not responding/hang after deleting an object

On one page there is Text object that i need to delete. However whenever i clicked remove the system start to freeze. Nothing happened after waiting and need to force close the app. Need your advice what when wrong. Thanks.

Khalid, please go to step 5 Export, export project before proceeding (to create an iwzip which should be a fail-safe backup).
I assume the rest of the project does not have this issue, if so I recommend copy and paste the page (step 4 map, right click page, select copy then right click, select paste. If you then delete the original page can you quickly recreate it by copying required objects from the copy? If successful you can delete the copy (or if in doubt, hide it)
