Dear Incomedia!
I have a big problem with products availability.
I have MySQL database on my server and used "Send data to database" option in the program.
I have created 21 products in my store and have set the availability of the products (look at screen). Afret export the products are Out of stock in the online store and nobody can buy them. How should I set it so that it works correctly?
My friend told me that the database is empty... although it is connected to the website.
The website is: www.konfer.filomata.pl/rejestracja.php
How can I check if the store is connected to the database correctly? Help me please. The site should work on 10th January 2019 and I don't know how to solve the problem.
Best regards,
Iwona

In the shop there is an update button, this downloads the latest changes in x5 (if you have sold 2 it will be updated inx5)
For items you add in x5 for the shop they are set if you up;oad the website.
To check if the connection is good use the update button, if you get no r=errors then you know x5 can see your database and get information from it. (step1 -> shopping card, TAB Product list, update button on the right.
If this gives error, check your webhost and settings in x5 of the database if they are correct (adres, name password, login and name)
Be aware that you can use only use 1 database for every object in x5, so if you use another object that also uttilizes a database (like automatic login for instance or the poll object), this needs to be anoher database.
Also some providers don't allow updates from pc, so check with your website provider as well.

Thank you for your quick answer
The database is used only once for the purpose of the products.
The update button works and I updated the products many times. They still look the same as on the above screen e.g. 0+20. And after export they are still Out of stock in our store - www.konfer.filomata.pl/rejestracja.php
In the admin webtest we have FAIL in Public folder path and FAIL in MySQL base (look at screen). How to solve the problems?

The databese connectivity tool after unpacking with winrar has only pdf instruction, index and css folder. There is no check_db.php file (look at the screen). How to install it?
Hey,
rename index.php in check_db.php
Copy all files into a directory on your website
surf on it like: https://yourdomain.com/check/check_db.php

The program didn't help. We have tried with a computer specialist many times with different settings and Website doesn't create the database. It also doesn't create the database locally. The products are still unavailable on our website
http://www.konfer.filomata.pl/rejestracja.php
The website test (screen) shows that there is fail in database connection.
We have correct database settings, the database has PHP 7.2. What can be wrong? Can anyone help us?
Is the database allowed to be accessed from "outside"?
If not - is there an option to whitelist an IP-address?

Somehow the database has started to work - in the website test we have all Pass (look at the screen). But the availability still doesn't send the data to the database. When we enter e.g. 20 products in stock, the products are still unavailable on the site
http://www.konfer.filomata.pl/rejestracja.php
They are only available when we allow buying without limits but we need limited number of products. What can be the problem?
