Below is the login screen with boxes. This was a test site and all looks well.

However, there seems to be an issue the boxes have disappeared. This is on a live site and I also noticed that Step 2 - Customer data comes which I did not add.  Any ideas why the boxes do not show, any help would be appreciated.

See that you have latest login/logout  object, check step4 top right manage button, and see if update is needed.

Test also in same viewports. Is the background the same as the border? Is border set?

Else:

use ctrl button with preview (refresh pc memory of preview). check preview, if ok do a full upload.

goto website, press F5 in your browser (refresh pc memory of internet history). See if the result is good now.

Andre,

Thanks for responding.

The php page in question is generated on the server, this is not a page a I have created.

The frontend page I have created is OK, this issue is when you go to register for the first time the above page comes up and recently without the boxes.

Under Access Management I am using Automatic Registration.

I am hoping Stefano G from Incomedia can throw some light on the matter.

Wel sorry but i will respond again.

I now know better what you mean.

Check this:

goto your map (step3)

goto reservered space select it, then hit properties on top.

goto graphic TAB

check if custom settings are selected if so unselect or

see that background and page contents are different and that no picture (image file) is selected

Hope this helps!

Best Regards,

Hi Andre,

Further to your post, whilst you pointed me in the direction on the login border. All was well in this area.

I created another test site with the same settings I used on my live site and the borders reappeared. Since this page is generated on the server this prompted me to look at the template settings, when I selected Field on the live site, the sides were at zero, raised to 1 borders reappeared.

Its clear the php generated page is effected by the template settings, will keep a watchful eye in future.

Appreciate your assistance.

Edgar
