Downloading images from X5 problem  en

When ever I try and download an image from x5 library I get a generic error and the image will not download. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem

Hello.I just tried to download an image from an online library into a text object. Everything is fine.

  1. Try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall.
  2. Do not use VPN.
  3. Try to create a new project and do it in it.
  4. Try updating .NET Framework.
  5. Try reinstalling the program.
