Hi,
The contact form is not working.
I've selected sender email address
I've placed my email address in the user email address field.
I do not receive anything!
One,com have checked their settings and they say it should work yet it does not.
I previously had issues with this on Website X5 Evolution 10 but would have thought Incormedia would have sorted this by WS Evo!
Clearly they haven't and thenkfully I have 28 days to refund.
Any work around?

Is the PHP settings at your provider admin panel set to 7 PHP at least? Check this please.
Do you use an email adres from one.com as well, if not try that as well.
Go to admin panel from x5 (/admin behind your website root) login, credentials ar in x5. Step1 advanced tab -> acces management. Use the test mail option there, try different scripts, with prereferable emails from one.com provider.

Hi Andre,
Checked with One.com and they say it should work as PHP is et at +7? I'm changing hosting servers soon as One.com have become very expensive so hopefully this may resolve itself.

That might help, small tip:
Check if you are aloud to send mails through a mail form with email adresses from another provider, this is handy, not all providers have this. So it might be handy to ask this or check there FAQ for this function.
