Quando vou abrir o programa aparece esse erro. "segue imagem" reinstalo o programa, ai abre normalmente, quando desligo o computador e ligo depois aparece o mesmo erro...

Descarga el instalador para Visual C ++ 2013 que encuentras en
el siguiente enlace (hay que descargar la versión para x86, incluso si el sistema operativo es de 64 bits):

Si no consigues que el programa funcione correctamente, intente utilizar esta herramienta de reparación http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
Cuando esté hecho, intente lanzar WebSite X5 otra vez.

Seguir todos os metodos, ainda não funcionou, fiz um que vi aqui também desistalei todos os c++ e o x5, reiniciei o cpu e instalei o x5 ele mesmo pediu a instalação de dois c++, ai funciona normal o programa, só que quando fecho e abre novamente acontece o mesmo erro.

Fiz tudo instalei os c++ e instalei o x5 ainda continua com o mesmo erro funciona quando instala e quando fecha e abre novamente aparece o mesmo erro...

Please uninstall all of these you see installed and install them anew.
Also, make sure that you install both x86 and x64 version for each of them. Uninstall them all and reinstall them again this way. Let me know if the situation improves

Obrigado pelas dicas, Luiz só que infelismente... não funcionou continua a mesmo erro, eu não entendo... tava funcionando tudo certinho... mesmo no windows 10... ai tive que formatar o computadore instalei o windows 10 novamente, depois disso o programa x5 não funcionou mais... estou com muitos trabalhos atrasados por isso... estou pensando seriamente voltar para o windows 7 para ve se consigo trabalhar dinovo... desde já muito obrigado.
Tente mais uma coisa... Procure o programa REVO UNINSTALLER (tem a versão free). Antes de instalar, desinstale o WS X5. Aí sim, Instale o Revo. Após a instalação do Revo, instale o WS X5 novamente e certamente o erro continuará existindo.
Abra o Revo e procure o WS X5 na lista de programas instalados e clique com o botão direito e mande desinstalar. Ele vai desinstalar normalmente, mas ao final, vc verá uma janela de limpaza de rastros do programa em 3 opções: SEGURA, MODERADA e PROFUNDA (ou algo assim...). Mande remover de forma profunda.
Assim, vc removerá qualquer referência do programa no seu PC, até mesmo nos locais mais escondidos e sombrios da sua máquina. Como se jamais tivesse sido instalado.
Feito isso, reinicie a máquina e reinstale o WS X5.
SE ISSO NÃO RESOLVER, SÓ PODE SER ALGUM ESPÍRITO DE POUCA LUZ QUE TOMOU A SUA MÁQUINA!!!

Ahhhh... Não se esqueça de marcar tudo e excluir, quando o Revo retornar com os registros e pastas que ele encontrou vestígios do programa. Por padrão, as caixas aparecem desmarcadas.

Infelismente não funcionou também... removi no revo no modo avançado, excluir tudo... quando instala o x5 funciona normal... é só fechar e abrir que aparece o erro... Já desistir, não sei mais o que fazer... ja fiz de tudo, meu windows está atualizado, já removir todos os c++ e instalei novamente, já removi também os c++ e instalei o x5 e ele mesmo pede para instalar os c++... não sei mais no que fazer... Obrigado mais uma vez pela atenção aí Luiz.

If the error appeared after a reinstalling of Windows, it could be that something went wrong there.
If after all the procedure you're still unable to get the software to work correctly, please considering installing Windows 10 on your machine from scratch and not as an update.
Reinstall the operating system anew and install the software. It should work without issues then

If you're sure that the error appeared after installing this, what happens if you uninstall either the program or the C++ 2018 64bit? Does the software start working again or not?
