Hello Jozef,
Unless you have specifically created a folder on your server called blackeaglemartialarts.one then this error message is to be expected.
Click the icon highlighted in the screenshot below to explore the folders which ARE already present on your server:
From there you can choose the correct one, or create a new one if need be.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hello Paul,
thank you for your reply. I did try to click on that folder but I get a pop up window saying " Unable to connect to server"...

and Error in folder creation, please try later
Your site appears to be online at the following URL, Jozef:
https://blackeaglemartialarts.one/
Created with version 2020.2.5 of WebSite X5 Evolution.
Have you now resolved this issue?
If not, then what change(s) did you make recently, either to the server settings in Step 5 of WebSite X5, or to the server itself? They will probably hold the key as to why you are suddenly unable to connect.

Hello Paul,
thank you for your reply. I did some changes, I can´t upload them. I did contact tech. support at one.com-they recommend changing my passwords-I did, but the problem is the same - with the destination folder - so I have no idea where or when I got it wrong... before it was all perfect - I could make changes to my site, but not now...
OK, if I had to hazard a guess at this stage my hunch would be that it is related to your SSL certificate. Has this just been newly installed? If so, then I'm even surer about that.
Your screenshot shows that your Website Address (URL) is set to http://blackeaglemartialarts.one - however, there is a redirect in place on your server to force page load only over secure connections (https://)
So the first thing I would do is set the Website Address (URL) to:
https://blackeaglemartialarts.one
I suspect that you might have done this already, but found it impossible to connect? And that is perhaps why you are trying to use a Secure Shell connection?
You can use Secure Shell if one.com support it, but you will have to ask them for the specific login credentials. And also be aware that they may change the default port from 22 to something else for security reasons.
I recommend using a third-party FTP client such as FileZilla to try and connect to your hosting using the credentials which one.com supply. FileZilla will give you a more meaningful error message in the event that the connection fails. You can then revert to us for further troubleshooting, armed with this information.
If on the other hand you manage to connect successfully with FileZilla, then simply copy the various settings across to Step 5 of WebSite X5.
Now that you have an SSL certificate installed you will have to use either implicit or explicit FTPS to connect to your server via FTP. Again, check with one.com as to which port you should use, and which FTP Address to use.
Let us know how you get on and if we can be of any assistance.
