Unable to export website to ftp server

Export stops when the message Connection: Retrieving timezone is displayed in the Website Export to Internet page. The timezone is correct but the export frezzes here. See attachement.
I use: Website 5 Evokution 9 / Windows 10 Home (Newest updtaes installed)
Any idea how I can solve the problem?

Jut got second dialog in the export dialog page.

It would be best to liaise with your webhost regarding this particular error, as this is a server/hosting issue. Furthermore, official support for version 9 of WebSite X5 has long since ceased.
