Animated Image displaying blank

I have two pages with multiple animated images, however fr some reason two on each page are displaying blank. See screenshot attached.
I have tried holding control before clicking preview, as well as deleting and re-adding them.
Any suggestions?
PS. They are displaying grey as the background color is grey.

Do they work online?
try top right button in x5 preview, with pulldown and select an internet explorer, does it work over there ?

No they are still blank when I select that option.
What version are you using? Do you have a website adress?
can you attach a picture that does not work so i can try it myself and test in several versions.

I am using verion 2019.3 Pro.
I have an address but am rebuilding it from scratch so this is not live yet. www.directech.co.za.

Here is one of the images, it is 500px X 500px, jpeg format. I do not believe it is the image as I edited them all the same, and have tried using one of the other images that are displaying and it still does not work on that specific area.
What happens if you build a second page in the same way then?
