As you correctly understood, an actual email account where to receive emails can only be used only if you register a domain from an external provider and link it to the WebSite X5 hosting space, although your website will be able to send out emails anyway

This will be so until we've finished developing our own system to register the domain, which will come in the future but is currently not available now. It is mandatory as of now to purchase it from an external provider and link it

Dear Stefano, thank you for your answer, yes it will be nice if you can register the domains an online shopper I sometimes email the seller directly and never receive a reply because they face the same problem, I now understand why but before i knew this I always thought that the seller is not interested to communicate with me and made me no buying from him again, this will surely be a highlight for Website X 5 if they can do the domain registrations that will solve the problem.
