No email from contact form

Website X5 Pro 2021.5.4. Email from contact form on website not going to C-panel website email. Email test from Incomedia Admin Panel via PHP mailer WORKS in PHP 7.3, 7.4 and 8. C-panel upper echelon tech support spent an hour with me and ran three test scripts and they worked. Email from outside the website to the C-panel website email also works. The problem is not in the server. Have followed all guidelines and attempted this several times. Will reloading software help? Please help.

Dennis, is this a new website or an earlier project upgraded?
Can you provide a screen shot of your contact form object send details, and step 5 website export to internet settings and email in parameters link?
