I've been trying to export the whole website and publish it online, but to no avail.

I even set up the parameters

I also click on the small folder on the destination line but that culdnot connet tothe server.

1) Recheck your FTP connection settings.
2) Temporarily disable your antivirus, firewall and any other protection.
3) Do not use VPN or proxy.
4) Try to connect to FTP using this https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client
5) Write to the technical support of your hosting to find out if they are blocking your IP.
