Password logins no working properly

Hello,
I have an employee website, that allows each location to login to view forms and databases for their store only. It has worked for the past 4 years, without issues. I did an upload last Tuesday, now many users/passwords login, but won't let them access any pages. I have also did a full delete in my hosting, a full upload, same problems. Along with this some pages that are "locked" with a password, let them right in. Any idea on what is going on?

I selected my Bay CIty location, logged in, takes me back to the login page. Can't access that page, but let's me into other pages. As an admin, I can access all pages except one.

Now using an admin login, can't access 2 of the pages. Shows logged in, but can't access those 2 pages, just takes me back to a login page. (Does not show "Your account is not allowed to access page" instead just acts like I didn't log in yet.

What i now learned is that unless all users are selected, on some pages, even the admin credentials will not work. See below "Login successful" as an admin, still won't let me into the page.
It would be nice to see the access settings in the program. Maybe something is set up wrong.

Could you please share here the settings for one specific page and provide a couple of credentials to test it too?
Additionally, can you perform a full new upload of the project if you just recently upgraded the software?
