Some special pages require the PHP extension in order to work properly: the ones related to the e-commerce is among them, that's why you cannot change PHP to HTML.

It seems to have created a problem whereby I have listed Product Catalogue Object on a page and when you select a product the PRODUCT PAGE view returns blank. 

I have updated Server Side PHP to 8.2, yet this did not solve my problem.

after selecting you a product card you will see it returns blank.

the url ends like this: /product/?3g-architect

From my research across this helpcentre I have read that such a url is looking at a folder and not the file.

Your feedback would be appreciated (as it is on a live site!!)
