Cell phone order don send email to the shop mail account

I have recently updatet my Website X5 project to version 2024.4.4 (also tried in newer 2024.4.8) and now I have an issue with my e-commerce. If my customers (but only using cell phone) will order from my e-commerce I will not get any email confirmation as usual. They will get respond to email. Its strange that it is working corectly via PC but never via cell phone order. I have PHP 8+ activated and it was already working corectly on website created by previous version from year 2023 on the same server settings. Webhosting company is telling me that it is a WebsiteX5 issue.

I have tried also to create a e-commerce from scratch using latest version but still same issue
Do you have any idea whats going on? Did some of you has ever came around this problem?

I am sorry about the issue.
Could you please check if the function to allow alternative senders is enabled at Step 5 - Export ---> Upload to the internet ---> Parameters, in the E-mail tab?
If so, please disable it and re-export che website, it may be that your hosting space's default configuration does not support this.
