When I run performance checks on my website, like "Lighthouse," etc., it shows my CSS & JS files are too large and affecting my site speed.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience for how to Minimize CSS & JS and do this safely?

What are the Pro's and Con's and what can be expected?
