Can't open websitex5 to make a new website in website 2023.3

I can load and upload older websites, but as soon i want to make a new one i got this. See attached document. Also if I disconect Bitdefender it is not possble. I don't know what it means by Chromium.

are you using a VPN on your computer? If so, could you make sure WebSite X5 is set as an exception for it, and also for your antivirus and firewall?
I remain available.
We have encountered some server issues in the past hours, unfortunately, so this may also be contributing to the situation, we are looking into resolving this as soon as possible.

Hi Eric,
We don't use a VPN. Another thing we see the last time is that the startscreen is very big. See attched file.
