Hello Website X5 masters,
Designing a website www.tubecraft.co.in. Email form is not working. I'm using Hostinger to host the site.
Please guide me for correct credentials.
Here is a web form location (after scrolling down to the page)-

I'm not with Hostinger. The AI generated these parameters for sending emails.
----- Google AI -----
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.hostinger.com
Port: 465 (with SSL/TLS)
Username: Your full Hostinger email address (e.g., ***)
Password: The password you set in the Hostinger hPanel for this specific email account (not your main hosting login password!)
Important setup instructions
Sender address: Always use an email address in the form that exactly matches your domain registered with Hostinger.
---------------------
These parameters are required in WebSite X5 under...
5 Export > Export the website to the internet / Parameters
_____/Email /_____
If you encounter problems, you could try contacting Hostinger support or waiting for other users who are also with Hostinger.

Thanks Daniel W.
Tried all options ChatGPT and Hostinger AI assist suggested. It's not at all working. That's why I posted the issue here.
Hello Mandar,
what configuration are you currently using, for example SMTP or Authenticated SMTP?
What error occurs with the sending of e-mails? You should be able to find out by checking the control panel of the website (https://www.tubecraft.co.in/admin logging in with the credentials of any Administrator) and going to the WebSite Test section.

Dear Eric C.
Below is a screenshot what I'm using at present (which is not working). Confused whether to click 'Allow sending from alternative senders or not click.
Please let me know if I am wrong some where.
Thanks with regards
Hello Mandar,
I would recommend leaving it disabled when in doubt, as not all default configurations support it.
Have you managed to check the errors in the Control Panel?
I remain available.
Autor
Thanks.
How to check the errors in the Control Panel?
You should be able to find out by checking the control panel of the website (https://www.tubecraft.co.in/admin logging in with the credentials of any admin user in Step 1 - Settings ---> Access Management) and going to the bottom of the WebSite Test section.

Thanks Eric C.
But this has never been useful for me since many years as I don't know the login credentials.
I'm sorry for it, please guide me about it.
Mandar
Hello Mandar,
as I mentioned, you can use the credential of any admin user in Step 1 - Settings ---> Access Management, even the default one that is already found there as soon as you create the project, please check that section to find the login information.

Thanks for your guidance.
Here is a screenshot of what is seen -
Now please tell me what shall I do?

There is a lot of confusion.
The script part is beyond my imagination.
And somehow I'm not at all able to solve it.
Please help.

The same settings are working fine with www.ashokaengineers.in and not at all working with www.tubecraft.co.in
And I have stopped using all other hosting services and using only Hostinger. Does it means I will face problems in every website?
I don't know how to go ahead.
The Incomedia employees should be online in about 4 hours.
What I see in the screenshot is that the email recipient is not a Domian email address.
Hello Mandar,
the errors indicates that the website is unable to connect to the configured SMTP mail server.
Specifically, the server hostname smtp.tubecraft.co.in cannot be resolved, meaning the hosting server cannot find the IP address associated with that SMTP address.
I recommend reporting these errors to Hostinger's support so that they can assist you and provide help in how to configure the e-mail settings in WebSite X5 properly.

They provided me their details.
I used them, but it is still not working.
You say this issue is related to Hostinger, Hostinger say this issue is related to Website X5.
Both are eager to proove their customer a fool.
Hello Mandar,
it is very unlikely for these errors to be related to WebSite X5 directly: the software simply used the provided parameters to prepare the e-mails, but the actual sending process then occurs through the e-mail server, meaning that the issue usually lies with the hosting provider, especially considering the error messages visible in your screenshot of the log.
What did Hostinger support claim, exactly, when saying that the error was due to the software instead?
Autor
They provided the credentials. Said, that's what we can do.
I consulted the Google AI again; see the excerpt below.
Could it be that the same domain email address was used for both websites?
Perhaps there's a typo in the password if it was copied and invisible control characters were also copied. Try carefully entering the password manually.

Overview with AI
Yes, other WebSite X5 users occasionally experience problems with email parameters at Hostinger. This mostly affects the sending of contact forms or order confirmations that don't reach the recipient. The reason is almost never the software itself, but rather strict server security settings (spam protection) and incorrect SMTP access data.
Typical Sources of Error & Solutions
...
Incorrect sender address: If the website visitor's address is entered as the direct sender in the contact form, the server blocks the email (spoofing protection). Solution: Always use a real email address from your own domain as the sender (e.g., info @ yourdomain.com). Try enabling or disabling the "Allow sending from alternative senders" option in WebSite X5.
Incorrect password: Often, the password for the Hostinger hPanel is entered incorrectly. Solution: You must use the specific password for the email account you created.
