The Export function to Upload to the Internet now returns an error message "Unable to connect to server.Please check with your Internet Provider that you have the correct connection information." To my knowledge nothing has changed in that regard and the function worked fine last week. Can you suggest what I need to do as I need to upload some changes to my Website. Ross

Hi Ross..... Yes this is quite common, usually the hosting company have updated their servers or MS have changed permissions on the computer!
Anyhow take out the X5 Export FTP Details altogether and insert them back in manually..... then try it!
If that doesn't work contact your hosting company explaining you cannot connect using Filezilla or CuteFTP and that it was fine a week or so ago!! They will know what to do to resolve the issue!!
