have you updated your flashplayer to its latest version? you can do so using IE and look for adobe flashplayer

and if that does not help you, could you send a screenshot? that would be useful

could you upload your entire website once again? I mean the entire thing?

finally its done.... the program was install on a windows 7 computer.... after the tip from frank that the server was causing me the problem , i search all the files for the website on my computer and i had found that SWF files on my  computer couldn't be  recognise... SWF files as i search on the internet are Shockwave files.... i have downloaded flash and shockwave players but my computer didn't recognise the swf files.... finnaly i switch from 7 to xp and the program is working fine
