I have a video section on my site. The clips are from you tube and appear, as they should, on the page online. However once I press "play" nothing happens on the internet or on the software preview - am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance

No, it is still the same. I did what you suggested too.

Your WebSite X5 Version is 9.0.6.1775 but the most updated is 9.1.6.1952.
Please go in your answers.websitex5.com Profile and in the "Download" section download the program again and istall it. So you will have the most updated version of the program. After you did this export the project again and let me know if the issue still persists.

Yes the videos work - BUT EVERY SINGLE photo on the site is now shown as an error! It is going to take me AGES to redo them!

I see that you fixed the images. What was happening is that they were no more in the same location as they were added to the project.
If this issue should happen again move the images in the directory you find in the error message and then open the folder where the project is stored and delete the folders UPLOAD and PREVIEW. Then you can open the project again and the images are visible.

Hello - Back again!
I am still having major problems. There is nothing wring with the site at all - now when the page loads, it appears everything is fine. Click on a file to view it and you get one or two seconds before the whole page changes and ALL the videos are in a white block with an exlamation mark in the middle of them. The page has effectively crashed. I have to refresh the page for it to happen again. I uploaded the entire site again and the same thing happens. This is not good when I am trying to run a smart site!

It's working good now thanks - after all that - It would appear that there were too many videos from her youtube channel and it was making everything crash!
