When I tried to upload files to my site, I got a message "Unable to connect to Server - Generic Error". How can I solve that?

Hello Michael,
Please check if your Antivirus/Firewall is not blocking WebSite X5. Cheack, also that you used the correct FTP Adress, Username and Password.
If the issue still persists try to connect to your server with another FTP Program like Filezilla and let me know what happens.

My host uses drive mapping. I got some info from them and solved the problem. I don't really understand the process, I just followed their instructions.
