Problem with russian text

I got problem with russian types after uploading my site to hosting. I got "wrong simbols" instead normal letters. During preview mode everything was ok. Here is a sample with wrong symbols http://anka-zhuravleva.com/biography.html

Hello Anna,

Please check if your browser is using a different character encoding than UTF-8.

The projects exported in WebSite X5 are in UTF-8 to show all characters. It could be that your browser is forcing to use another coding system set as default.

Please let me know if this helps.
