How to export yust modified files?

I created and uploaded my web site to Internet. Then i made some changes and on step 5 - program does not allowe me to choose export only files modified after last export date - on (it does not show last update date) what to do that programme let me to export yust modified file not all seb site all the time? thanks for answer in advance

I already find out - first time the website upload should be done correctly - there should not be no one file left not uploaded. and for that it should be - antivirus should be turnned of.
