You should see it on your Gem's site account. Did you try to provide them your order number? As your licene was bought on a reseller's site, you should ask them for the receipt.

Hello Roger, yes this are the License info and your Unlock Code. This proves that you bought and correcly installed the software.

As I described you, the Product Code *** is related to another vendor and it doesn't come directly from our website. It means that you bought the software from another vendor, so we don't have any invoice data about that.

The license comes from Gem. I think that the Vendor could be Amazon.co.uk (?)...
