I purchased and downloaded X5 Evolution 10 over a month ago.  I started a website that night and when I went to continue working on it the following week it crashed.  I tried to start a new project but it always crashes on the General Setting page before I've had chance to input anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but the same problem occured, so I waited for the installation disc I'd ordered to arrive and reinstalled from that...  still the same.  I have uninstalled .Net Framework 0.4, ran the clean up tool and reinstalled it, but no change. The error message is:
