Hello Irakli,
You will need to upgrade to version 10 in order to incorporate drop shadows to the borders in the cell style. Version 9 does not have this functionality as far as I'm aware.
The following link would confirm that shadows were a new feature introduced in version 10 (look under Cell Style in the Step 3 Page Creation section):
