Every time I start X5, I have to register the product. After the registration, I can use X5. Installed it under standard account. Have logged into admin account, gave standard account full permission for X5, and even transferred ownership to the standard account.
How do I exit this registration cycle?
thanks

The same issue happened to me: Each time I start WS5-V10(I upgraded recently from V9) I have to login with an administrative account and I have to run the registration routine.

Follow up as of today, in admin account, don;t have to re-register. In user account, have to register each and every time I run the program. Yesterday, I uninstalled X5, completely and then reinstalled. Same problem. Runs in admin with registration, have to register every time that it is run in the user account. Please advise. THANKS

Hello Terrence,
Verify if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ is present a folder called WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution and if inside this folder the licence.iwl file is present.
If this folder exists and inside the file is present, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.
Many thanks!

Copying and saving the "license.iwl" file to the USER account solved the re-activation issue.
Molti Grazie!
Follow up question. Under the ADMIN account where the "license.iwl" file was located, these exist that are not in the USER account:
Directory "Templets" and files "Config.xml" and "imRegister.log".
Should these also be moved to the USER account?
Thank you
Terry B.
Hello Terrence,
In case you made a custom template probably it has been saved on the other account since the custom templates are saved in the template folder in appdata.
To be sure move to have the custom templates copy them too.
Many thanks!
