You set some code on this page in the expert section, propable in the space "before closing the HTML tag"

Try to remove it and place it somewhere else in the expert section. (not in the before closing tag)

your last html object is being set for 1300px in height, you need to make it less than that.

if that did not solve your problem, then take a picture of that page in step3 and post it here, so I can see better the way you place your objects.

I tried reducing the size of the google ads but this doesnt effect anything. This is the code in the expert section " before closing the html tag"

Try to remove the code and see what happens in preview.

If this does not help upload your site (without any text in the expert section) to a test map/directory, and place the link here, we can see the code and try to find out if there are other issues.

Hi. I have found the problem but I dont how to solve it?

When I type the test from scratch there is no gap between the text object and the guestbook object. When I copy and past text from the internet into the text object the gap appears. I have tried copying the text into "notepad" first and saving it as a text file. then copying the text across but the gap is still there. I can only assume that when I copy and paste it is bringing some sort of coding across.

Is there any way to solve this???

does your test has the same amount or wording? there is a difference between 1 word and 1 paragraph!

I offered you my help by asking you to send me your full project file or you can make a copy of your project, then remove the page that they don't have any issue, and send me project file (copy version), so in that case I can tell you exactly what to do.

Try to make sure that you can't move your pointer before the text (if you can there are spaces delete them) or after the text in X5.

Try also paste and paste special from the menu in x5 and see if that helps.

Another thing could be that there are characters that are white, you can use the light / dark background button to view them.

If you have this with only one text from one particular site, then just enter it manualy. If you don't need to that often then that;s the easy way to go.

open your guessbook object at the bottom of the page and change the size from 650 to 250.

your 2 html object on the side, you need to set the height of them to 1210 and remove them from auto height, since there are more than 1 object in the row, auto height will not work! (that has nothing to do with your gap, just to let you know)

I did as suggested but it makes no difference to the gap at all...  see attatchment..

IMPORTANT: after you made your changes hold the Ctrl key and hit the preview.

I did the same thing and it fixed your gap!

Hi I made the changes and uploaded. The pic I sent is what is on the website after the changes you suggested

after you made changes, do the following

1. hold down Ctrl key and hit preview

2. remove your old website completely from your host and upload everything again.

if still it didn't work, send me your project file again, so I can see what else is going on.

but I'm 100% sure, if you do those 2 steps after changing the size to 250, you will get the result you want.

there is something else you need to do as well.

after you made the size change, open up your 2 html object at the top right and left, and remove the check mark for auto height.

then open your text object and scroll all the way down, then close it, now hit the preview botton to see your website, if you see it fix now, then remove everything inside your host and upload your website again (full upload)

I tried this it makes no difference. when I click on the text object and scroll down I can see a gap. I cant move beyond the full stop but the gap is there. I have attatched a pic of what I see??

click on that empty space and then hit the backspace to get rid of extra empty lines!

i dont know what is going on but i cant get it right. despite everything that has been said what i do know is that if i type the text in then it works perfectly. when i copy and paste text from the web the gap appears. this leads me to believe that it has nothing to do with the objects around it / whats in the expert section. the only variable is the copy and paste....

send your project to me again (complete), I will get rid of gap and send it back to you.

I remove half of the name of your project for name conflict.

open your pro10 and import this project, it will ask for template exist, what to do, choose the second option, to overwrite the existing template. hit next and wait until project being load 100%.

go and open the page 6 easy ways... and hit the preview button.
