Good morning Anthony,
I'll do some tests to see if I can use my client as administrator and be able to enter his clients so they can upload and download documents to your office in a secure environment.
As for shipment to the office maybe with the right form of e-mail and attaching the doucumento. Have a system to download'll have to search.
