I cannot create a template using your website instructions. Where am I going wrong? I do not get the screen that indicated in your manual. Help. I have version 8

Do you have the latest version of V8? (8.0.16)
In general settings, choose 'choose template style' you should be able to select custom template then press next to continue.
If this does not work, please provide a prtscrn because i don't know what manual (there are severall) and also not what page you referring to.
Do you have trouble with a custum made template or the standard templates ?
