I have bought WebSite X5 Evolution 10 today and i have my licence.I want to activate my product but program trow me a error 302 but I'm using same mail that licence sent it to me and i can not activate this licence in my profile that cousing same error.

Maybe the server has problems (probably by the super offer ... :)  ) So try again later or.... Try this post and the link it, maybe it helps.

The error message is the same: ATTENTION: The Licence Key entered is associated to another e-mail address

Then there is no other option then try again later / wait for Incomedia (probably monday) to respond.

I think it is a server problem at Incomedia.

I will set this post for them to read.

There seems to be several threads for the same issue here. It seems strange for a company that produces web site design software to have a web site which provides an error message which is so obviously incorrect.

It would have been better for them to have trapped the problem and give a message which was actually meaningful.

I'm not an expert on web sites but it would have been good to know the difference between a email address mismatch and a error which caused nothing to be returned. Is this not possible?

There must be something wrong somewhere this can happen in every company.

Let's just wait, the offer is great and your product code and licence will work. Just be patience. I'm sure Incomedia will respond monday.

If others users have same issues place it here and wait for responce.

Trust me it will be fixed !!

I think that's the solution !!!

All posts related to error 302 have been created today. The promotion is valid from 3 days. Previously, no one had this error. Today is Saturday. Weekend. Day off from work. It seems to me that Incomedia must process the new license information in the database on Monday, so it should all work. It's just my opinion.

I had the same 302 error with pro version registration. When I tried to manually register the software offline it returned unlock code not correct error. Sent an email to Incomedia requesting help as well as posting here.

I am shocked that in today's world they do not offer any support in reasonable amount of time and stick to MO-FR during regular office hours :( .. have not seen this for a long time! So if a problem occurs on Friday after 5pm then you wait for at least 3 days :(

I am a pround member of the password/activation "Error 302" club too.....lol
