Bad import of v10 into v11

My v10 domain does not import correctly and gives me some bizarre template. This always happens on a few domains when upgrading to a new version. Previously it has not been a major issue and I've managed to work around it. This is the first time it's affected my main website and I see nothing that will fix the damage.
What can I do to make it right?

Hi Dan!
Please open your WebSite X5 Evolution 10 project and export your template from it. Once you have the iwtpl file. , open your version 11 and import it in your project - Step 1 - Template Selection - Custom Library. Once you have imported it, hit ''ok'' and have a look at your preview. If you can not see it immediately, press CTRL on your keyboard and hit preview in the program at the same time.
The template will now be a part of your project.

I would export the template but it does not appear in the custom templates. I used one of your default templates to create my initial site (with v8). I had no problem getting it into v9. I had a bit of an issue with v10.

If you pick your project in version 10, open it then go into the ''general settins'' section, you should be able to find it in the template section gallery. Select it, then hit ''export''.
If you can not find it, please send me a screenshot of what you see.

It was "Photography 31" which has now changed to something else.
As well, the export is not available to me. See attachment.

In this case,please duplicate the template first then you will be able to export it and use it again into your new version.
