Have you attempted to convert this video from another format into MP4 format? If so, what was the original video format? What software did you use to try to convert the file?
Are you sure the correct video file is present on your server? The link below would suggest otherwise:
A directory listing of the parent folder indicates that you do have some sort of media files stored in that location, including the video file which you are currently having issues with:

I used H264 encoder to reduce the size, the original was VLC MP4, I have checked the file on the server with FTP and I get 8.50MB

You will have to contact your web host to ask them why the file which is supposed to be present at this link is inaccessible:

Please note that this issue is not related in any way to WebSite X5. This is a server/hosting issue.
