Serious Problem v.10 --> v.11

I write now for the x-time. Plze help me out...
I bought yesterday v.11 before I install it I remove v.10. In version v.11 I import my projekts but the templates are gone. I know I can exort the template from v.10 - v.11 but my problem is: The liscence key of my verion of v.10 gives error 322!!
Plze, this is the 6th time I ask you to reset my Liscence key so I can use my v.10 again.
