I'm logging, choose free theme, start install, but it writes - impossible to complete loading. What to do?

I tried disable firewall, but no effect. Writing the same - impossible to complete loading. Yesterday it was allright. Also tried to reinstall programm. No changes.
let me test hold on, if yesterday was wright maybe there is a problem on the server......
Okeey, tested, I'm not able to get it as well, it worked before for me as well.
I think it's a server problem, Just wait a day probably fixed tomorrow (I hope) :)
